LLM-based Mobile Diary Application

Explored the utilization of LLM for users’ emotion classification using Plutchik’s Wheel Model and aiding users for guided emotion reflection for a period of time.

Designed and implemented a chatbot interface based on the ”Learning by Teaching” method to support users in recalling and reinforcing programming concepts. Utilized OpenAI API as a teachable agents, with attempts to control the agent’s behavior using prompt engineering.

Optimizing Dialogue System -- Integrating Enhanced Clustering and Quality-Aware Training for Response Diversity.

Enhanced the baseline method DRESS for semantic diversifying training in open-domain question-answer generation. Achieved higher scores on the human preferences metric (UniEval) while maintaining the semantic diversity score compared to the baseline method.

Utilized OpenAI API’s assistants and knowledge retrieval tool (GPT-3.5) to visualize stock trends.

Classified the images in the CIFAR10 dataset into 10 categories using Convolution Neural Networks (CNNs) and obtained 80.47% accuracy.

Applied RNN and LSTM technique on IMDB review dataset. Obtained 81.84% accuracy for LSTM model and F1 score of 90.05% on BERT model.
